It was decided even before I got on the plane and I couldn't wait. I would be babysitting my grandson while visiting over the holidays.  I was excited to have time alone with my first grandson while babysitting him on New Year's Eve. Waiting For My Grandchild

Waiting for my grandchild Is causing a whirlwind of emotions. Of course, it’s a time of excitement at the birth of my daughter’s first baby and my first grandbaby. Now that I’m here with her and my son-in-law at their home in Kansas, the time I have with her is precious. Seeing her in a new light as a soon to be mom makes me feel such pride at her maturity and loving nature. Adjusting to a New Family Role
