I was just a child myself, and it wasn’t discussed much around me other than the occasional conversation I would overhear about her getting better. Fast forward to adulthood, and I am definitely more aware now when it comes to childhood cancer and how many children are affected by it. As a … [Read more...]

Perfectly Cooked Meat With The EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Thermometer

I was provided with a free EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Thermometer in exchange for this review. All opinions are my own. Growing up in a southern household means I have spent much of my lifetime in the kitchen. It’s just a way of life. I learned to enjoy cooking at a very young age spending my afternoons in the kitchen with my mom or grandma. I will admit I have a fear when it comes to cooking. Share The Christmas Spirit With Personalized Messages From Santa

Disclosure: I received complementary Portable North Pole products in exchange for this review. All thoughts and opinions are my own. With a 4 year old and 5 month old our years of waiting for Santa to arrive on Christmas Eve have just begun. My 4 year old, Ellie, has already informed me Santa will be coming to her house very soon, and she's so excited she can hardly stand it.  I want to do my duty as a parent to keep that innocence alive in her as long as possible, so I'm doing my best to surprise her with little things all month long. That is why I was so excited to have the … [Read more...]
