Gardenite Garden Hose Nozzle Review & Giveaway

I received a promotional product to facilitate this review and giveaway. All opinions are my own. No purchase necessary. Affiliate links included for your convenience.

I hope, wherever you may be reading from, your weather has been just as beautiful as ours this week. We have been blessed with highs in the 70s and even low 80s a few days this week, so the girls and I have most of the day every day outside. I even caught them sneaking outside in swimsuits Monday. They thought they were going to use our new Gardenite hose nozzle for a sprinkler. Sorry girls, it’s not that warm yet. While we don’t follow my great grandma’s old wives tale of no bare feet before May 1, we do stay out of the water until the temps reach 85 degrees for 7 days in a row.

I have been busy pulling weeds, cleaning up the yard, and getting things ready to plant our garden. The girls have enjoyed having plenty of beautiful outdoor time to jump on their new trampoline in between running around just being kids. These are the days I’m thankful we live in a very rural area where the girls have acres and acres to run and be free.

Gardenite Garden Hose Nozzle Review & Giveaway

Speaking of that new Gardenite Garden Hose Nozzle, it just happens to be our second giveaway this week! First, let me tell you about it and how I’ve put it to the test this week. Then I will share how you can enter to win one.

The Gardenite Garden Hose Nozzle is a heavy duty hand sprayer nozzle with 10 spray settings. It promises to be a no drip, high pressure, multi-purpose sprayer with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. When a garden hose nozzle is less than $10 on Amazon, I’m willing to give it a try. I can honestly say this is one item that truly surprised me. Our water pressure is horrible, and our outdoor faucet is at the very end of our plumbing line. Y’all, our water pressure outside is so bad that I usually run a hose from the kitchen faucet and out the back door when the girls want to fill their little plastic pool. Yep, it’s that bad. So, I wasn’t expecting high pressure with the Gardenite nozzle at all.

I screwed the hose into the nozzle, turned the settings dial to flat, turned the water on at the faucet, and prepared to water the broccoli that has been slowly dying on the porch. I slammed the control handle all the way open. Water shot out with such high pressure it sprayed all the dirt out of the pot! All I can say is I’m glad I started with the already probably beyond the point of resurrection broccoli. My beautiful lettuce and spinach plants would have been toast.

So, high pressure? Absolutely! As for that adjustable flow handle (which the girls call the fire hose handle) to fine tune the water pressure, it definitely comes in handy. I learned my lesson very quickly! I have used this hose nozzle over and over every single day this week. I have gardened, sprayed layer after yellow layer of pollen off my car (thank you Spring time in the South!), sprayed my sidewalk so clean it looks like we used the pressure washer, and I even used the Gardenite nozzle to spray our vinyl siding around the back porch I’m renovating. It was worked great for every application every time!

This is one $10 purchase I feel is well worth making if you use your garden hose a lot. And, can I just say I’m trying to be all correct-like saying garden hose, but where I come from it’s a hose pipe. Yep, my country is coming out.

But, whether you call it a garden hose or hose pipe like me, the Gardenite nozzle is a great accessory to have. Want to win your own Gardenite Hose Nozzle Hand Sprayer? Just fill out the form below to enter for a chance to win! Want to share with your friends and family?
