Easy Litter Cleanup with Cat’s Pride #FreshandLight

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Cat’s Pride. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.

Two adorable, fun loving cats can cause litter problems. We love them like our family members, but finding an easy litter cleanup will make life much easier and cleaner smelling.

Two Kittens

Two Little Kitties

Our cats, Columbus and Tigger, adopted shelter cats who are brothers refuse to use two litter boxes. Ah, brothers! So we have to scoop through that smelly (are you thinking of Smelly Cat?) box every day. They also track litter in the laundry room and in a trail which means a quick vacuum each day too. What we do for our kitties!

Tigger

We’ve tried different litters to get an easy litter cleanup going. Even solving one issue would be great, but to no avail. That’s where Cat’s Pride comes in.

Black Kitten

Columbus (very sleepy)

Litter in bags or containers are quite heavy. So when I picked up Cat’s Pride Fresh and Light I could tell where the word “light” came from. It is much easier to lift than the other litters we’ve used. I agree that “Cat’s Pride Fresh & Light is up to 25 percent lighter than other scoopable clay litters.”

Cat’s Pride Fresh and Light

We tried both the Fragrance-Free and the regular Fresh and Light litters. When pouring the litter into the box, there’s no need to do it in an open area any more. I found no dust filling the air. Scooping is easy too as the (gross alert) clumps are compact. Oh, and no need to get that vacuum out each day. I have no idea how they do it, but Cat’s Pride did not track out of the litter box like other litters. Litter did quite well with odor control, but with two cats you have to expect a bit of a foul smell.

So what did Columbus and Tigger think? They used the litter box with each of the litters we tried. They’re quite happy, and so am I. Cat’s Pride provided an easy litter cleanup and we’ll be buying it again.
