I wrote this post while participating in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Air Wick. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for my time.
Air Wick celebrates the National Park Foundation with its limited edition collection. The scents of the spirit from six of the famous America’s national parks come through. Choose among scented candles, freshmatic auto spray refills, scented oils and reed diffusers.
Fragrance experts created the National Parks collection while focusing on the nature, especially the flora and fauna of America’s national parks. Even if you haven’t visited a National Park, you’re in for a treat; one that may inspire you to go on an excursion.
The Air Wick Scented Oils offer a continuous experience of fragrances. It was difficult to choose a favorite. Since I lean toward the tropics, both Hawai’I and American Samoa brought back memories of past vacations. The scents of papaya and coconut filled my home and gave me and my family a sense of peace and tranquility. Hawai’I is based on the Honokohau National Historical Park. (Fun fact – we visited there during a vacation to the Big Island!) While American Samoa National Park is the focus of the American Samoa scent.
The Air Wick National Park Foundation Scented Candles come in two varieties – Denali and American Samoa. I received Denali, which focuses on the Denali National Park. The scents are “cotton grass and pure fresh air”. My opinion is just OK, but that is because of the type of fragrance I prefer. These candles last up to 25 hours and are charming in their frosted glass container.
Besides sharing the National Parks with us, and making a donation from each sale of this collection, Reckitt Benckiser (Airwick) is a corporate sponsor of this non-profit and has donated $25,000 or more. I am a fan of brands that take corporate responsibility seriously. I hope you do too.
