One thing I wanted to do with my Windows 8X phone was to find a way to sync it with my desktop. So I did some research and found the Windows Phone App. Instead of adding it to your phone, you download it to your PC.
I gave it a whirl and it was simple to use. The app is free and permits me to sync the music, photos, videos I want to my laptop. What a time saver!
The only requirement for the Windows Phone app is that you must have a computer running Windows 7 or 8. Just download and run the app – easy peasy. There’s also an app for Mac users called the Windows Phone Connector.
With this app I can also sync music from my ITunes stash. And best of all, importing photos and videos from my phone to my laptop is a breeze. I’ve always hated the time it takes to download from phone to PC and then finding where they’re stored.
I’m sure I’ll be making use of this app all the time! Thank goodness for the ability to sync my Windows 8X using the Windows Phone app.
