Keeping A Clear Head

Mucinex asked me why I need a clear head during my busy days. Since every day seems to be busy, I knew I had to share.

Recently, I had one of those extra busy days when I felt like the only solution was to have a clone. Besides a doctor visit and blood work for myself and my regular workload (both at home and online), my daughter needed to be picked up from school and driven to her doctor’s appointment which is about an hour and half away. Feeling stressed is putting it mildly. I felt like my head was going to explode.

But I went on with the day. What else could I do? After all a mom can’t take a day off. I needed a clear head to keep track of my appointments and of all of the things I had to accomplish. Although, it sounds counterproductive, I played music in my car…really loud. That helped me calm down as I sang along. I had a checklist and my day planner and even set my smartphone alarm.

It still felt like my head was stuffed with reminders of the times I needed to arrive and my to-do list. But soon I was felt relieved. My mind was clear because I had prepared. It worked kinda like what Maximum Strength* Mucinex® Sinus-Max™ Pressure and Pain does.

Balancing a hectic schedule is hard enough. Trying to keep it together when you’re under the weather requires additional help. Maximum Strength* Mucinex® Sinus-Max™ Pressure & Pain triple action formula fights mucus, congestion, sinus pressure and headache/pain. With cold and flu season in full force, I am relieved to know that even my worst symptoms can’t derail my plans.
