Track Weight Loss With The EatSmart Precision Tracker Digital Bathroom Scale

Whether you’re trying to lose, maintain, or gain weight I want to introduce you to a great little digital bathroom scale that can do so much to help you track your goals.  Meet the EatSmart Precision Tracker Digital Bathroom Scale from Health Tools LLC.

My 3 year old “testing” the scale with and without an armful of toys weighing her down!

This bathroom scale is unique in that it allows you to track your weight goals, both long term and short term, with the EatSmart AccuTrack Software.  The scale can store up to 8 user profiles, and it will automatically identify the current user just by stepping on the scale.  The scale comes with a very nice sized 3.5” LCD display, runs on 3 AAA batteries, and has a weight capacity of 400lbs.

My household was given the opportunity to try the EatSmart Precision Tracker Scale, and we have a bit of a unique situation that allows us to test both weight loss and weight gain.  My husband is currently trying to lose weight while I am 8 weeks pregnant and will be tracking my weight gain to maintain healthy weight gain goals.

Setup was super simple.  It only took a few minutes to setup user profiles for all three of us after a quick calibration.  The instructions were easy to follow, and the scale was ready to use within 5 minutes of opening it.  The Precision Tracker Digital Scale is unique in it doesn’t require tapping or pushing any buttons to activate.  Just step on it, and it will recognize the user and beginning weighing.  If no user profile matches the weight of the person on the scale it will go into weight only mode.  If a user is recognized the scale enters tracking mode.

I’m quite impressed with this scale, and we are all putting it to use multiple times a day.  I love the glass top of the scale because it makes the scale very easy to clean.  With a 3 year old, a cat, and a bulldog running through my house I definitely need something that is simple to wipe clean with a soft damp cloth.

When I told my ob/gyn about the new scale he was very impressed with the fact that it tracks overall weight loss/gain as well as weigh in to weigh in.  This will help me greatly as I need to keep an eye on rapid weight gain during my pregnancy especially with my higher risk of preeclampsia.  If I gain more than 3-4lbs in a week I’ll definitely be able to detect that at home!  After my pregnancy I will be able to track not just my weight loss, but my weight loss in comparison to my original weight at the beginning of my pregnancy.  I love that I’ll have the ability to do that.

My husband is excited to see he has already lost 4lbs since his initial weigh in, and he is actually excited to weigh himself before work every morning.  In the past getting him to stand on the scale has been like pulling teeth, but seeing his actual progress on a day to day basis is making weight loss easier for him to handle.

Would I recommend the EatSmart Precision Tracker Digital Bathroom Scale?  Definitely.  I’m really enjoying it, and I think it’s a great scale to help you track your weight loss or weight gain goals.  You can find out more about the full line of EatSmart Scales via their Facebook, Twitter, or Google+ pages.
