Get Dinner On The Table With #howtomealplan

EDIT – How to Meal Plan: A Step by Step Guide for Busy Moms is now available on!

As a busy mom I am always looking for ways to make meal preparation a much easier task.  While swinging through a drive through saves time it’s not how I want to feed my family.

I want a home cooked meal on the table almost every night, and I admit I’m the world’s worst when it comes to planning ahead.  I end up making multiple trips to the grocery store a week to pick up something spur of the moment.  Not only does this leave me scrambling to find something for dinner, but it takes a bigger bite out of our food budget, too.  Sometimes just trying to figure out what to cook at the last minute can make me feel overwhelmed.

I just discovered the How to Meal Plan: A Step by Step Guide for Busy Moms by Crystal VanTassel, a meal plan book created as a step by step guide for busy moms, and I think this is just the book for me!

Crystal is a busy mom to 5 boys, and she has filled her new ebook with a slew of recipes for the busy family along with everything you need to know to learn to meal plan for your family.

How To Meal Plan teaches you how to create a recipe criteria, how to create grocery lists, and how to implement your plan into your family’s meals.  How to Meal Plan: A Step by Step Guide for Busy Momsalso includes many helpful resources such printable worksheets, easy recipes, and a list of sites where you can find other recipes to use.  When the final page of the book is read the resources don’t end.  There is also a How To Meal Plan Facebook community where members have come together to share their own meal planning tips, recipes, and more.

If you’re a busy parent who struggles with dinner time I encourage you to check out the How To Meal Plan ebook. I’m glad I did!
