I use USB drives to store my client files. I am a mediator and it is easier to maintain my client’s files on a USB rather than in a hard copy folder. I just have to always remember to back up my data in case the USB becomes corrupted.

I use usb drives to hold files, backup files, music, and pictures. They work great for transferring files from one computer to another or simply to have a back up of important data. I have one usb drive that simply holds every picture I have taken of my son.
I use USB flash drives as a backup system for some files at home and since I work for myself, I use them to hold client files.
