Kohls Cares Information and Package Giveaway

Kohl’s Cares raises money for nonprofits by selling various products in their stores and online. The Kohl’s Cares program that is Committed to Kid’s Health and Education has raised more than $180 million dollars to date and 100% of the net profit is donated. The money raised goes to nonprofit hospitals serving children, school programs and fairs that teach about safety and health, the Kohl’s Cares scholarship program, their Fundraising Gift Card program for schools and nonprofit groups, etc.

When you visit Kohl’s, you’ll see plush toys and children’s books for $5 each. These products are specifically for the the Kohl’s Cares program. For the month of June, the “Llama Llama” storybooks and their coordinating plush toys are featured. New this month  are two cookbooks also for $5 each.

  1. Contest starts now and ends June 2oth midnight EST.
  2. Open to adults 18 and over within the USA
  3. One submission per household (not entry).
  4. Winner will be chosen by Random.org.

  5. As the class mom, I raised money from my daughters preschool class to donate a prize in her school’s annual fundraiser of which the money is donated to families unable to afford schooling.

    I always purchase from the fundraiser the kids school has, there is 2 fund raisers a year to help purchase school supplies and books for the school library. The schools also collect cash register reciept from the local store and they get some much for collecting them.. similar to the boxtops that we save.

      I work with an animal rescue group that does programs for our local schools. We teach the kids about pet health, spaying & neutering, and pet care.

    I worked as a paraprofessional with special needs students for four years. I am now getting ready for my student teaching and I plan on making a difference in the lives of young people for a very long time.

  46. I act as a conduit. I am a social worker and so I am in the know of several helpful programs for families. I connect my families with programs that will be most helpful to them. I also have to say that Kohls is awesome! They do just great things for our community.
