The AviiQ laptop stand was “Designed to extend the life of your laptop as well as your wrists”. I definitely want my laptop to last as long as possible. Ergonomics is important to me since I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyagia.
Extend Life of Laptop
It allows air to flow underneath, dissipating heat from the laptop thus improving battery life and computing efficiency. This is a new concept to me, but now that I know it, I want a stand, like the Aviiq that keeps my laptop off the desk, table, my lap or other work space. Keeping the heat off my lap is another plus.
Extend Life of Wrists
Since using the Aviiq laptop stand, my wrists and even shoulders hurt much less than when using my laptop flat on my desk. It takes the strain off of my wrists and lets my shoulders drop while typing.
Portablity
AviiQ is known as the world’s thinnest portable laptop stand. Either folded or opened, you can see how thin it is. It fits easily into your laptop bag and even has a microfiber bag to store it in. Perfect for traveling. I don’t need any more weight in my bags.

I have one very similar that I really like. I like to keep it on my counter and then I can bring my laptop there and it is easy peasy to use!
