  74. Tammy Kennedy says:

I have a lot of issues going on in my life and they are life changing
One of them was eating to fill voids, stress and other factors
You don’t realize the things in life we take for granted one of those is food, some see food as no big deal you eat and buy what you want, when that option is taken away food becomes a luxury you learn to eat whats available
Since life will be changing so will my eating habits and I want to become healthy on the inside and out
So I want to try and keep track of what size portions I eat,
I package for future use, be able to maintain a budget without buying the extras that are out of my budget

Thank you so very much for giving me a chance to be a winner
