The MotherHood, gave me 5 Walgreens Flu Shot cards to create Random Acts of Wellness. I’m going to give these cards away to people in my community who cannot afford to get the flu shot and don’t have health insurance or any other means to provide for the shot.
I’m going to talk to my daughter’s pediatrician about parents with children who have serious medical conditions. If they can’t get the flu shot due to financial reasons, I’ll ask him to give them them the Walgreen’s card. I’ll sign the card from “Someone Who Cares”. What a great feeling to be able to do something good and from the heart!
I’ll also be giving away another 5 Walgreens Flu Shot cards here on my blog next week along with 9 other bloggers. When I do I’ll be listing the other blogs that are taking part in the Random Acts of Wellness with Walgreens too as well as providing you with tips on the Flu, Flu Shots and who needs to get vaccinated.
