The SmartMoms Solutions Roadshow in Tampa held by Maria Bailey was informative, fun and a the perfect place to network. This was my first time meeting Maria in person. She’s friendly, personable and down to earth. She provided lots of information about the products she brought to showcase and about what to do as busy moms who still want to earn an income.
Daisy Sutherland aka @DrMommy also spoke about how helping others can help you earn money. Daisy writes and has a team that writes to inspire women do it all on social networking. She was very helpful also and offered tips about Twitter and podcasting among other things.
One of my favorite products that Maria presented to us was the Pandigital Photo Scanner where you can scan your photos and transfer them to your pc or your digital photo frame. I have so many photos in boxes all over my house that having the ability to do this would save room and save my photos from being damaged.
Maria also shared about the Huggies MomInspired program which is providing grants of up to $15,000 to women 21 and older in the US for their business ideas or existing businesses. The site also offers business resources in one place free of charge. After attending the SmartMoms Solutions Roadshow in Tampa I feel inspired to do anything!
What a great event that was. How I wish I had also the chance to come there.
