• About

I’m a wife and mom of two daughters. My daughters are 12 years apart so that keeps me quite busy and a little crazy at times. My life is a jumble of mixed up mishaps, but it’s always centered around my family.

  • Children’s Triaminic Thin Strips Review And Giveaway

January 3rd, 2010 by Connie Roberts

Children’s Triaminic Thin Strips relieves cough, runny and stuffy nose and itchy throat. They can be given to children aged 6 – 12 and come in grape flavor. Because they come in individual strips, there is no dosing issue. *Remember, when dispensing medication to children, always read and follow medicine labels exactly to ensure that the child receives the right dosage.  The makers of children’s cough and cold medicines are voluntarily changing the product labeling to read “Do not use for children under 4“.

Triaminic also provides information for parents on illness. The Cold and Flu Tracker assists you to know where symptoms are highest as well as where the conversations on Social Media sites are happening. Learn when to keep you child home from school by visiting the Sick Day Guidelines. You can get some tips on making your child feel better also.

Savings Alert: Save $1.50 on any children’s Triaminic product by using this coupon -

Review: Although my daughter didn’t need to use Triaminic Thin Strips (thank goodness!) I have had experience with over the counter medications that melt when placed on the tongue. When my daughter is sick, it is more difficult for her to take any kind of medication. When we purchase something that melts quickly she will open her mouth and take it much easier than a liquid med. Not having to concern ourselves with measuring liquids in a cup makes our lives easier as parents. When our daughter is sick and clingy, it’s nice to open a box and pull out one strip to place on her tongue. Anything that is flavored goes down better too.

Giveaway: Triaminic is offering a giveaway pack which includes four boxes of thin strips (each valued at approximately $6)
