• About

I’m a wife and mom of two daughters. My daughters are 12 years apart so that keeps me quite busy and a little crazy at times. My life is a jumble of mixed up mishaps, but it’s always centered around my family.

  • Santa Letters From Post Office Ended

December 9th, 2009 by Connie Roberts

Santa letters from the Post Office has ended because of the new regulations set forth by the United States Post Office. Concerned about sexual predators, the Postal Service will no longer provide addresses to volunteers who write letters an provide gifts to children this Christmas season.

Most likely your child’s Santa Letter will be shredded. Some post offices are allowing volunteers to purchase gifts for needy children but they are not allowed to know who the children are or where they live. Letters to children by Santa are probably not going to happen this year.

So what’s a parent to do? If your child is very young and they can’t figure it out, you may be able to send a letter back to your own child. With an older child and you want to keep the spirit alive, why not purchase a Santa Letter that looks authentic?

    PackageFromSanta.com

The letter will be stamped from the North Pole with a return address label from the North Pole. It will be addressed to your child on the envelope and the letter itself. There are packages that include an autographed photo of Santa and Mrs. Claus, some snow from the North Pole, a letter from Rudolp, a piece of Santa’s suit, a Nice List and more depending on your choice. All have free shipping. Take a look and celebrate the season!

      Hey Karen!

Yep, there’s always a way to get it done even with the increase of dangerous people out there.

Cool idea. Thanks for sharing it!

    2. Brad Says:

      Sorry CONNIE! :)

    3. Anne Says:

That’s a great idea! My sister once took some resume paper and envelopes and used some glitter to decorate and created some letters from Rudolph. Those who don’t have the extra money to spend could get a bit creative in their approach and do something like this as well. They really enjoyed it and still talk about it year after year.

    4. Heather Kephart Says:

Oh, what a great idea! I’m going to do that for sure next year for Joe and Lily. What fun!
