Demanding Charter To My Area

There’s a monopoly of cable companies in my area meaning that there’s just one and Charter isn’t included. We have to use what is offered or go with digital satellite programming. People have tried to convince our local government that we deserve a choice but it’s gone on deaf ears.

I’ve learned that if I had Charter digital, I’d also have Charter on Demand for free. Makes me want it even more. I’m always missing some of my favorite TV shows like The Office, 30 Rock and The Big Bang Theory. I forget when they’re on and then hear about how funny they were later on. With Charter on Demand I can watch them any time for free! Just take a peek to learn more at charter.net/ondemand

Besides the regular television shows, there’s movies available too. Ever have the mood to sit back and watch a chick flick and just forget about the housework and the chaos around you? That’s definitely when I don’t want to go out to rent a movie because I feel like a slug. All I need to do is just select want you want, grab some chocolate and pop some popcorn and enjoy.

I’m going to keep my eyes open for Charter to come to my area and get updates and fun extras on Charter’s Facebook page

I think you will be sadly disappointed. I have Charter but do not have On Demand. It isn’t offered in my area even though I have had Charter for 10 years. Also, it wasn’t until 2 years ago that they offered DVR service. Charter has the monopoly where I live and everyone hates it. I also work with a bunch of people that live in St. Louis. They have lots of options, Charter, AT&T U-Verse, Sequel III, and all of the ones that have Charter are sorely disappointed. They have very very poor customer service, an unwillingness to make the TV quality better, and a drive to only get new customers. I have had Charter to my house 6 times in the last 3 months because my signal is so weak that I cannot watch shows without getting digital pixelation.

The best reviews from people I know are 100% happy with Comcast and AT&T U-Verse, they both have DVR, On-Demand, and more HD Channels than Charter.
