Have you been to Marshalls or T.J. Maxx recently? Have you checked out their Father’s Day gift options? I have and was pleasantly surprised at their choices and definitely at their prices. They are going all out for this important day. And if you haven’t bought your gift yet, many Marshalls and T.J. Maxx stores are open Sundays from 11 AM – 8 PM, so you’re in luck!
Both stores are owned by the same company, TJX Companies and have the same philosophy of being “off-price” which means that their items are purchased in low volumes allowing savings for all. It also means new merchandise when you visit different stores or even the same store a week or two later. Prices are up to 60% off department and specialty stores.
At Marshalls, the Father’s Day gifts are grouped by:
- Active Dad – sports clothing, sneakers, waterbottles, etc.
- Beach Dad – shorts, swim gear, flip flops, etc.
- Contemporary Dad – cologne, jeans, etc.
- Golf Dad – accessories, polo shirts, etc.
- Grill Dad – grill accessories, aprons, cook books, etc.
- Office Dad – computer case, shirts, ties, etc.
I bought a perfect gift for my husband, a mustache trimmer. This is something he wants and needs and something that will make me happy too when I am kissed! And I even received a re-usable Marshalls tote bag. (I believe this offer ended today.)

At T.J. Maxx, here are examples of the merchandise you can choose for Father’s Day:
- Clothing – business attire, casual shirts, golf pants, jeans, etc.
- Grilling Accessories – sauces, skewers, tongs, seasonings, etc.
- Jewelry – watches, rings, etc.
- Electronics – MP3 players, sporting games, etc.
If you procrastinated, go ahead and look for your Dad’s or husband’s gift tomorrow and get a bargain.

I havent been to a Marshalls for awhile but I always loved their stuff!
Although I love the prices at these stores, I cannot stand the disorganization. I am not the type to “search” for something. I want it right out there in plain sight. Otherwise, I just get frustrated.
