My daughter’s sleepover was a huge success! I was pleasantly surprised when Peanut fell asleep about 12:30 AM and her friend did so shortly after. I wasn’t too happy when they woke up around 6 AM, but they were content to play on their own.
They were really when it came to food too. For breakfast it was cereal and microwave pancakes. For lunch, it was bacon and eggs. Of course they continued their snacking all through the day. They went outside and played on the trampoline and swing set. And watched more videos too, Tinker Bell was one of the favorites.
Eating and playing, laughing and giggling. Running and jumping. Telling secrets and yelling. Just let these years stay longer please.

That new Tinkerbell movie was awfully cute
I am glad they had a good time. One of my best friends just had a sleepover with her nine year old daughter and a friend and it sounded a lot more hectic!
Laurie, it really wasn’t that bad with only two of them. I don’t think I can handle more than that since I’m not feeling well right now.

Sounds like a fine time was had by all! And it does go by way, way, way too fast before they think they’re too old for some of the really fun stuff. I wouldn’t mind a sleepover with a girlfriend or two – it could be fun!
