EyeBuyDirect EyeGlasses Review and Giveaway

Eyeglasses are an expensive purchase. Most health insurance benefits don’t cover eyeglasses. I have been using “cheater” glasses for a while now because of the expense. I’ve bought over the cheap over the counter glasses that have lasted a month or two. I’ve bought more expensive ones that last a little longer but there’s nothing like real prescription eyeglasses.

When Family Review Network offered me the opportunity to review EyeBuyDirect glasses, I was thrilled! Now I could own a pair of glasses that my Opthamologist would prescribe, that would have anti-reflective, anti-scratch and UV-coated lenses.

Ordering your eyeglasses is easy and fun too:

You’ll need a doctor’s prescription. Be sure you can read it. Ask if someone at the office will measure your pupillary distance (PD). This is not necessary, but it is helpful.
Visit EyeBuyDirect and choose Women’s or Men’s glasses first.
You can then do an advanced search by category including, Style, Material, Bifocals and Price Range.
Either go to the frames you like individually or check on compare. If you check compare, then click on compare after choosing all the frames.
Another way to choose frames is to use Eye Try. Upload a photo of yourself and put the glasses on!
Once you have made your decision, just fill in the prescription information and make your choices on lens thickness, tinting and eye and lens protection.
Customer Service is available by phone or email for any questions before, during or after your order.
Non-prescription glasses are available too. Just choose a frame and a blank lens.

I chose the Pink Amoure pair which came with a free case and cloth.

I am extremely pleased with my eyeglasses. They look exactly like the images on the site. Having glasses that are anti-reflective has helped me a great deal because of needing them while I use the computer. Their emails kept me up to date onï¿½ my order and then on the shipping. The case keeps my glasses safe even in my purse. I finally have real glasses!
