Today I had a friend who is out of work come and wash my windows. He took the screens out. If he was able to remove the windows, he took those out too. I talked to him about the lawn, which is covered in weeds and needs major work. While I was outside, I took a look at the front of the house. There is a lot of work that needed to be done out there.
We have two flag poles. One with the American Flag and one that needs a flag. It looks awful being empty. We had some Disney ones so I’ll need to find those in the garage. The house numbers on our garage are looking terrible too. I’d like to take those down. And then I saw a few address plaques that caught my eye. There were Disney ones! Those would be perfect for us.
Our new neighbor and I have our mailboxes close together. That’s fine as we have no choice, but having the almost the same white ones is not fine. I’ll be telling Hubby that we need a new one. And a Disney one would be fine too. Of course if we get a new mailbox, I know I’m going to be looking at new mailbox posts too. We’ll have to find one that matches the box of course.
