I’ve been there. My blogs were down. There was no way to access them so that I could write. No way for my thousands of readers (ya, right) to read my insightful posts. I totally freaked. It’s bad enough when it’s down for a day or two, but if it’s down for a week or more. I’ve also had problems with a virus on my blog and the hosting company not doing anything to help me. It was definitely the host’s fault because it was the same virus on many of their sites.
I’ve learned my lesson. I need a reliable hosting company and so do you if you want to be a a blogger that people and companies can work with. After reading some web hosting articles I learned the importance of the secure hosting.
It’s important to learn the basics of blogging and using your host to your advantage. Read a few web hosting tutorials to learn about ftp, your cpanel and backing up your data.
You can check on the awards for best hosting sites. There are many categories, including Best Budget, Best Blog and Best Email hosting among others.
