When you live in Florida, you seem to have a lot more house guests than say if you lived in Alaska. Since we live so close to Disney World too and to a beach (a small one, but a clean, quiet one) our friends and family visit us quite often. We love having guests here. We have an extra bedroom and bathroom and the den can even house some people.
If they’re really looking to save money they can make the drive back and forth to Disney instead of staying there. It’s about 90 miles away. We’ve done that too but it takes away from really enjoying yourself. A day at the beach is much easier as it’s only about 10 miles away.
While we’re remodeling, we’ve thought about making the den a bit more comfortable for people to sleep. I would like to see if we can afford some new modern furniture that turns into some type of sleeping quarters.

Seems to be what alot of people are doing right now is remodeling- it’s fun!
I bet you do get a lot of guest! How nice of you to open your home AND to do some chages to make them feel even more comfortable. That is modern furniture.

We get a lot of company, too!! We live about 3 miles from the beach at Daytona!! One room is Mom’s office and the other is for our GMa Rosie!! Mom needs to make the office into a place to stay and office!

CJ, our spare room is our office too but we just move a a bed in there. They know that room is for us to me to use during the day. That’s why we want to get some better furniture for the den.
