• About

I’m a wife and mom of two daughters. My daughters are 12 years apart so that keeps me quite busy and a little crazy at times. My life is a jumble of mixed up mishaps, but it’s always centered around my family.

  • Regeneration Anti-Aging Organic Whole Food Bars Review

January 12th, 2009 by Connie Roberts

As an older Mom and one with inflammatory diseases having the chance to try out Regeneration Anti-Aging Organic Whole Food Bars was very appreciated. I am really trying to change my eating habits so that I am eating more healthy foods including those that can help me reduce inflammation. I have Rhematoid Arthritis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Fibromyalgia, Sjogren’s Syndrome, Osteoarthritis and other health problems. Eating foods that are organic is one of the keys to reducing inflammation.

To help reduce the aging process, these bars include:

some of nature’s most powerful properties that can combat aging, using super levels of key nutrients with healthy inflammation response (Vitamin C-Ester & Omega 3, 6, 9), powerful fruit flavonoids and low-glycemic organic ingredients allow Regeneration’s Anti-Aging Whole Food Bar to achieve ORAC value concentration of 7800 um TE/g. These ingredients nourish the body from the inside out to give the skin, body, and mind the food it needs to promote healthy aging.

OK, so these bars are healthy, but how do they taste? The Cocoa Brownie bar has a bit of chocolate taste, but it has so much more too. There is also gogi berries, cranberries, grapes, sunflower seeds, and much more, but no sugar, corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, preservatives, etc. It’s just all natural, organic foods. It is a different sort of taste that does take a little getting used to, but it is tasty.

The Gogi flavor bar has more of a fruity flavor. It’s main ingredients are Gogi Berries, blueberries, cranberries, mulberries, grapes, pomegranates, etc. Again, there are no processed ingredients.

You can purchase one case (12 bars) for $47.99 online. This is only $3.99 per bar. Soon they will be available in retail stores nationwide.

Nice to read another review of these and see that we kind of agree, they are different, but good. The Gogi flavor sounds good too – I didn’t have that variety.
