My Mom’s vote for Obama lawn sign was stolen. From right in front of her house. On a busy street. It made her so angry that she called me up yelling about it. I don’t blame her. I wanted to get some air tools for the other sign and mine and make sure no one can get them out of the ground.
When we got our signs we were told that we may want to take them in at night because people have reported them being stolen. I told my Mom to call the police and report it. We should be sure that every sign that is stolen is reported so that there is a record of it. I’m sure that there’s not many McCain signs being stolen.
what an awfull thing for somebody to you!! It saddens me to think that people cant have something in their own front garden for fear of it being stloen in the night!!!

One of our Upper management at my work place had his McCain yard sign stolen twice and it’s all over the news about people stealing others signs. One guy had his set on fire with gas, and another ripped it down and then left a bible on it. Very weird election this time, lol…

I read recently in our local paper that the same thing has been happening around here but political sign thefts are fairly common anyway. Which is too bad as people are allowed to have their own opinions and express them by putting out a sign for their candidate.
People need to grow up.

Flipping amazing really! Did you see the woman that faked her own attack on herself trying to blame an Obama supporter? These McCain people seem to have more than a few screws loose. Everyone don’t forget TO VOTE!!!
true….its important that everyone votes and thinks about person they are supporting…dont know much about Obama or McCain but what to do if choice is between two of them….

I have the opposite problem. I’ve had people putting signs in my yard. At the beginning of last week I discovered a McCain sign in my yard. So did about a dozen of my neighbors, who had also not had signs in their yard previously. We mostly all took them down. About 5 days later some one came through and put Obama signs in our yards.
I put the McCain sign back out next to it, so now you see Obama if you are coming from the left and McCain if you are coming from the right. I expect they will both disappear over Halloween weekend.
