The Rays Last Chance
October 19th, 2008 by Connie RobertsTonight is Game 7 of the American League Championship Series. The Rays lost to the Red Sox last night in Game 6. It was another heart breaker game for us. I really thought that if they were back home that would be the momentum they needed to win, but it didn’t turn out that way.
So tonight is their last chance. This is do or die. If they can keep their game face on and continue to be the team we’ve seen all season the Rays may make it the World Series. I’m hoping for some home runs, a nice hard drive to first or second base a few times and lots of cowbells from the crowd!
It would amazing if the Tampa Bay Rays would make it the World Series. We’re in the lottery for game tickets. I’d be in my glory if we could see them play.

I’m a wife and mom of two daughters. My daughters are 12 years apart so that keeps me quite busy and a little crazy at times. My life is a jumble of mixed up mishaps, but it’s always centered around my family.

I think I heard this morning that they won, right? Are they the team that went from worst to best within a year?
If so, I hope you’re off celebrating!

Go Rays! I was sure cheering for them last night. We Cincinnatians know what it’s like to have a bad team.
