The system works or should I say doesn’t work in my area as well. At times I think it’s set up to help people fail instead of just helping them.

this problem is increasing all over the world so thank you for making us aware of it – on a local scale. if everyone donates their extras, there would be more than enough for everyone. unfortunately, loads of foods end in the trash…
