All of the little everyday things that are easier for people who don't battle chronic health issues become so much more challenging for us! I am lucky enough to live somewhere that has grocery delivery, so that saves me A LOT of time and energy, but I know that not everyone is so lucky. I use Peapod delivery and there are in lots of places in the country if that helps anyone else. I have my own doctor's appointment today as well as two to get my mother to, so I will be needing a nap myself later. Good luck today with everything! When my kids were pre-teens I left the non-perishables in the car for them to carry in after school - it worked GREAT. Now that they are grown up and not around much, my husband and I share the errands then he carries most of the 'stuff' in while I put it all away.
