Online Business Payments

I’ve come to know so many online business owners through blogging. Lots of them are turning to blogging to promote their business. I’ve bought some items from them and often shop online because it is such a time saver.

When I shop online I like to use my credit card because I know I’m covered if there is a problem with what I’ve bought. I’ve been very lucky but I know people who have paid for things and never received them. If you pay by credit card you just call them, tell them what happened and they give you credit for the item.  I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Small business owners have to look to online payment sites most of the time for payment.  A good friend of mine sells glassware online and she knows that it costs a lot of money to be able to accept credit cards.  But Merchant Advisors  would work for her. There’s no fees, long term contracts and they allow you to process transactions from your computer or with a free credit card machine they provide.

She has had customers who want to use their credit cards directly because they don’t have an online payment account. In the past she’s had to turn them down. Now I can pass along this info to her and the other small business owners I know too.
