• About

I’m a wife and mom of two daughters. My daughters are 12 years apart so that keeps me quite busy and a little crazy at times. My life is a jumble of mixed up mishaps, but it’s always centered around my family.

  • Who Can It Be Now?

September 12th, 2008 by Connie Roberts

I’ve been getting so many followers on Twitter that I can’t keep up. I wonder how they found me or why they’re following me. When I get the email that someone is following me my first thought is, who can that be? So I click on their link, see if I know them. If I don’t, I click on their link in their profile. When I see a splash page or a website for an MLM selling the latest dietpill I’m outta there. I’ll even block people for that. If there’s no link to anything and a bio that means nothing there goes another block.

It gets to be too confusing to follow people and try to keep up with all of their tweets especially if they’re constantly spamming. My favorite kind of tweets are ones that have humor often off the wall stuff. And ones that explain what their blog posts are so that I wnat to click on them and read them.

I remember first hearing about Twitter and thinking why would I want to know when someone goes to sleep or says they’re taking a lunch break! Now I can’t get enough. I’m hooked!

      I totally agree with you.

I’ve written several great blog posts about Tips for using Twitter for Business & Personal uses!

It’s a lot of fun and I’ve met so many nice people!

I’m having a dreadful time keeping up with twitter! I block marketers too. I need more hours in my day (kid free of course!)

I know, I get the craziest followers some days. It seems to come in spurts. I’m like duuuude spamming only works if I FOLLOW YOU (which I refuse).

On the bright side, it’s how I found you! =)
