I’m a wife and mom of two daughters. My daughters are 12 years apart so that keeps me quite busy and a little crazy at times. My life is a jumble of mixed up mishaps, but it’s always centered around my family.
Whoa, Slow Down
September 4th, 2008 by Connie RobertsThings feel like a whirlwind around my house this week. Next week may be even worse. Part of it has to do with having Labor Day off. We are all off on the days thinking we’re one day behind. Part of it is going away this weekend for a last minute trip to Disney.
We were expecting to go to Night of Joy, then not, then yes. But now we don’t have tickets to the event but we have a hotel room that we can’t cancel because we waited too long, thinking we were calling within the five days because we thought we were calling on Sunday but actually we were calling on Monday. So we’re stuck going to Disney. It’s awful isn’t it?
Next week is so full that I feel like I want to stay at Disney or maybe buy one of those espresso machines and keep it attached to me as I go about all of the things I’m scheduled to do.
More about my long list on another post. I just realized the time. I need to get Peanut from school because she has a dentist appointment. Yikes!

I guess one of the good things about not getting holidays off is that I don’t get messed up when there is one. Hmm, is that really a good thing???
