Giveaway! Deceptively Delicious Book
Who doesn’t have trouble getting their children to eat veggies and fruit? When your meal times become battles and you worry that your children are eating all the wrong things, Jessica Seinfeld comes to the rescue!
The wife of comedian Jerry Seinfeld and Mom of three children, Jessica worked with a nutritionist, Joy Bauer to come up with tasty recipes that hide the good things like carrots, peas, spinach, apples, pineapple and even the dreaded broccoli by making them into purees and adding them to foods that children (and even adults) like.
There’s chapters on the supplies you’ll need in your kitchen, how to make the purees, nutrition and the recipes broken down into Breakfast, Mealtime and Dessert. The illustrations of the “characters”, Jessica, Jerry, Joy and the children are adorable. The blurbs they add to the recipes make you laugh or want to cook a batch of Pink Pancakes, made with beets, or Creamy Potato Soup, with the addition of cauliflower and butternut squash puree. Let’s not forget the photos too. Yummy!
If you had the chance to see Jessica on Oprah, you viewed how much the audience and Oprah enjoyed the food. They all seemed amazed that the food even homemade Doughnuts were good for you.
So here’s the deal. You can own this book. Even if you don’t live in the US. This is open to anyone!

I would love to have this book. my son is getting to the picky phase.
I hope I am not to late to enter the draw!
I have a 3 year old who is horrendously picky with food! For dinner he will eat either, tinned spaghetti (only in Wiggles, space, or shark shapes), a sausage, one brand of chicken nuggets, or scrambled egg. That’s right…not a veggie to be seen anywhere!
