From The Dumps To The Ups

I was in a foul mood recently, so bad that even warned people not to read my post that day. But things have changed. A lot. Some really great things have happened but even before that my mood lifted. I’m not sure what it was that actually did it, but who cares? The good thing is that I feel happy.

I’m ready to get back into the swing of things, take on some new challenges and have some fun again. Some friends and my family and I are planning a trip to Disney for Night of Joy. That is something to look forward to for sure. Tomorrow is Peanut’s first day of school and she’s actually excited about it. That makes things easier for me and Hubby. I can’t wait to start volunteering again. The Chronic Illness Support Group will begin meeting again in September. I’ve already emailed some of the members and hope to have a nice turn out for our get together.

With all of this going on I may end up feeling overwhelmed again. That’s my up and down kind of life. This time though, I promise not to whine too much. Instead I’ll make use of some massage therapy and allow myself to relax. I’ll try at least.
