Our house still isn’t finished. Nope, not even one quote on the bathroom yet. But Hubby had this idea to turn the garden tub into a walk-in shower and turn the shower that needs to be replaced into a closet.
I agree that sounds like a wonderful idea, but in real life we can’t afford it. We are now saving for a wedding, dear….remember our daughter is getting married?? Remember we are paying for it?? Remember that we have extra bills but less income this year?? Remember you forgot to sign up for the Flexible Spending Account for this year??
Oops, sorry I got a bit carried away there. Let me see if the question mark key on my keyboard still works. OK, I’m fine now.
I basically told Hubby that the walk-in shower idea is going to fly just about as much as buying a new LCD TV is.
Tomorrow he’s supposed to be talking to our neighbor about redoing the shower stall. We’re supposed to be choosing one room to work on and finish completely too. Or else.
