I guess he was one of those people who WASN'T in the news everyday. In addition to the kids remembering him from Pixar's "Cars", let's not forget his stint as Mr. Conductor on the PBS show, "Shining Time Station"; a role that Ringo Starr also played. I also loved him in "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure" where he played the role of Rufus, the time traveling dude!
