		<description>I never thought about taking potassium supplement. Then realised that I take liquid form of Rapalyte (electrolyte replacements) and Mobicole (constipation relief) and both has plenty of potasium in it. History of my blood test shows they are helping my potassium level. I&#039;m also thinking about taking sports drink when I&#039;m not well. (They also help with electrolyte including potassium.)
