Father’s Day is getting close. I have to decide on a gift for Hubby soon. Well actually two, one from me and one from Peanut. It is so hard to buy a gift for him. I’ll ask him what he wants and he’ll say he doesn’t want anything. I’ll get him something and he won’t tell me that he doesn’t like it. Instead, he’ll put it in a drawer or his closet and hide it away. No returns, ever.
So I’ve been racking my brain, the little of it that I have left, for some inspiration. A new baseball cap to add to the dozens he already has? An M&M candy dispenser to add the 50 or so he has? A Disney shirt, figurine, or other item? Nope, he has a lot of Disney clothing and we still haven’t finished putting up all of the Disney collectibles we have. Maybe some Delsey luggage? Not sure if he’s like it, but I know I would! Since he doesn’t return gifts, I may just go ahead and get something we can use as a family.
I can be so sneaky at times…..

So – here is my question – do you think they put as much effort into our Mother’s Day presents as we do into their father’s day one???
Incidentally, father’s day is also my father’s birthday. What a treat!
