Peanut went to the Allergist last week. She’s been sneezing, coughing, having a runny nose and getting headaches. He switched her to a new antihistamine and within about 5 days she’s been doing so much better.
One of the things that has troubled her was what we thought were food allergies. When she was tested there really wasn’t anything that showed up as her being allergic to. She has had trouble eating and gaining weight and the pediatrician asked her to be tested just in case. We really thought that her difficulty with eating had more to do with being worried about getting sick than actual allergies.
Since the test and the two doctors explaining to Peanut that she could eat whatever she wanted she’s been on an eating binge. She’s gained weight and the Allergist was very pleased with the results. I joked that she’s been eating us out of house and home. I know one thing for sure, we’ll never need Phentermine for her as she’s still very tiny.
