• About

I’m a wife and mom of two daughters. My daughters are 12 years apart so that keeps me quite busy and a little crazy at times. My life is a jumble of mixed up mishaps, but it’s always centered around my family.

  • Simon Apologizes to David Cook

May 25th, 2008 by Connie Roberts

As I watched the season finale of American Idol I was shocked and amazed to hear Simon actually apologize to David Cook. He told David that he was “…verging on disrespectful with you…”. The look on David Cook’s face was priceless.

I’m happy to say that I’m extremely pleased with David Cook’s win. I did predict it all along! There was a problem though with many people who used their DVR’s to record this show. Since the show went eight minutes over the normal hour for a television show the ending and most important part of the show was missing. I want a DVR but would probably never know how to use it correctly. I’m still learning how to use my cell phone with all of it’s gadgets.

If I had a DVR, I’d be in the dark, kind of like if I had to learn how to use an atom crusher, air tools or learn nuclear physics.

For those of you who missed the end of the show:
