I’m a wife and mom of two daughters. My daughters are 12 years apart so that keeps me quite busy and a little crazy at times. My life is a jumble of mixed up mishaps, but it’s always centered around my family.
Dreaming of Luxury

I really am not a material girl at all. In fact I’m pretty much a cheap date kind of gal. But for some reason I had these odd dream last night about living in luxury. It may have to do with the fact of me thinking and praying about the people in Myanmar or knowing I was going to volunteer today at our church for the food pantry we have.
My dream was one that I didn’t want to wake from. I somehow was extremely wealthy. So rich in fact that I lived a life of utter fantasy. I had clothes and shoes galore. So did my family. We lived in a house on the beach with every gadget you could think of. I had people to do everything for me, like cook, clean the house, do the laundry and even give me massages. We traveled a great deal and instead of going on a regular plane we used a jet charter service. Traveling on a whim was just part of the deal too.
I slept in late today. In fact this was one of those dreams that I could sort of wake up from but go back into it when I fell back into a deep sleep.
Believe you me, this isn’t something that I want. I’m happy with my life as it is. I feel very blessed and loved. Money is necessary to pay the bills but not my main goal in life.
