@ Linda Last year I watched it straight through because of who should have been a winner, Blake Lewis. I even voted dozens of times for him through out the show. On the last show I can’t tell you how much I voted. He was an original!

Maybe they should put it on hiatus for awhile and then bring it back with some new judges? She didn't sing it, IMO, she screamed it. That song isn't meant to be shouted like that, it's meant to be full of voice, clear wording. I could barely understand the lyrics she was singing, and I know JCS, I performed in it in my church when I was young. I'm also a huge fan of the original musical and the movie version. It wasn't meant to be so brash. I don't think Castro did an amazing job, but Memory is a very difficult song to sing. It was definitely the wrong song choice for him, he doesn't have the range for it at all.
