• About

I’m a wife and mom of two daughters. My daughters are 12 years apart so that keeps me quite busy and a little crazy at times. My life is a jumble of mixed up mishaps, but it’s always centered around my family.

  • Out of My Shell

April 21st, 2008 by Connie Roberts

Life can be full of embarrassing moments especially for someone like me who can’t remember things most of the time due to brain fog. One thing I do remember fondly though is eating and enjoying raw oysters. Now that I’m on Immune Suppressant medication I was told that I can’t eat raw oysters any longer. I’ve learned through the Be Oyster Aware website that if I choose Gulf oysters that are post-harvest processed I can get out of my shell and order a dozen raw oysters and slurp those babies up!

I hope I don’t do something embarrassing like spill one on me. Who cares? I’m willing to take my chances!

OMG! Been there done that and we still have more time on this earth for more embarrasing moments. I guess you can look at it like this that’s one less embarrasing moment that you have to deal with.

      LOL! :)
