It’s always hard to get back into your old routine after the weekend. It’s even worse when you’ve been having nothing but fun for a week. Spring Break is over and today starts real life. Peanut has school and Hubby has work.
I know I’ll have trouble waking up on time to get Peanut off to school. It’s late. I should have been in bed at least 2 hours ago and I have nothing to look forward to tomorrow except getting a new crown on the tooth that had the root canal done. I’ll probably be working on our website a bit and checking on Squidoo for DOUA too.
At least I don’t have to worry about dinner for tomorrow. My Mom has graciously made some tomato sauce (what we call gravy) and meatballs. All I’ll need to do is boil up some pasta and make a salad.
All in all it still feels like a day to sleep in and relax. I have to get over my vacation mind set already!
Welcome back from vacation! At least the house will be quiet today and you can get a lot done on catching up. Glad you are getting your new crown though.
Tell your Mom she is a doll to cook for you. Wish my Mom lived closer to me.
