• About

I’m a wife and mom of two daughters. My daughters are 12 years apart so that keeps me quite busy and a little crazy at times. My life is a jumble of mixed up mishaps, but it’s always centered around my family.

  • Getting Ready To Leave

April 5th, 2008 by Connie Roberts

My life = disorganized, unbelievable, craziness. This week has been of course one of the busiest in months. Tomorrow (today actually) I have about a million things to do. And we leave for Disney World on Sunday. This always happens.

It’s not like I don’t know what to pack or what to bring but it’s a lot of work getting ready. It’s not like a normal vacation where you just pack your clothes and personal stuff. Since we own at Disney Vacation Club, I have to pack groceries, some cooking supplies, things we need for the parks, for the pool, and for the room. Our room has a kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, toaster, coffee pot, and the like. But we like to take food to the park, make cooking easy and save food for quick leftovers for lunches.

So although there’s a lot of convenience to having a suite there’s a lot of work involved in getting organized enough to enjoy our time there.
