• About

I’m a wife and mom of two daughters. My daughters are 12 years apart so that keeps me quite busy and a little crazy at times. My life is a jumble of mixed up mishaps, but it’s always centered around my family.

  • Too Many Doctor Visits

March 20th, 2008 by Connie Roberts

Here’s my never ending complaint – I have way too many doctor appointments. I know that I need them, but really when I have to keep a calendar in my purse and one on my computer so I can organize them all, it’s just too much. When I can’t say yes to going out to lunch or helping at church until I’ve checked my calendar, it’s too many. When I have a drawer full of promotional pens from drug companies, you can see the trend right?

There’s really no way around these visits. I have to get B-12 shots every two weeks. I need checkups from the many specialists I see. I have to have tests done that can only be done by doctors. I get it, but I’m not happy about it.

Just a little venting today as I’m feeling really fatigued and wanted to go to Maundy Thursday Service but need to rest up so I’m well for the weekend.
