My Birthday is coming up soon. And since Hubby is not getting our much needed work on our house completed in a timely manner I am treating myself to re-hiring our handyman. This present is actually for both of us. Hubby doesn’t have to hear me complain anymore about the clutter, the painting and other work that needs to be done and the closets that are overflowing into our den.
I can then begin to purchase much needed items for our home. We’ll be needing picture frames to put our family photos in (that can be hung on the freshly painted walls), some new Coaster furniture especially a desk and accessories for the den, two lamps and new bedding for the master bedroom.
I know that his male pride will be hurt for a little bit, but the stress that we’re dealing with now is much worse. When it’s all said and done it will be worth it. Plus I love choosing my own gifts.
