Hubby’s Day Off

Hubby had the day off today but does he ever get to stop working? He still had to get up early because he had a doctor’s appointment. So he said he’d take Peanut to school. I got to sleep in about an hour longer today. Thanks Hubby!

As he was leaving I was getting up and ready for Bible Study. I then went to the store to get Lady Ali’s 21st Birthday present and some other things we needed around the house. He called me while I was in the store to ask if I was picking up Peanut. I told him that I still had a bit more shopping to do and I was feeling pretty tired, not my normal tired. So he said he’d get her.

I rushed through shopping, got home, ate lunch quickly so I cold take my meds. By then he came home with Peanut. I asked him what he planned on doing the rest of the day. He told me that he was going to go hit some golf balls. Then told me that he really was going to clean out some of the stuff in the garage.

I ended up falling asleep. When he woke me up he had to drive me the foot doctor for my dreaded shot. He had to cope with me in the waiting room getting nervous. After that we got pizza, went home, ate it and I feel asleep again.

He took care of Peanut getting ready for bed. He took dishes out of the dishwasher. He put in a load of laundry. He cleaned up the kitchen, got Peanut a snack and her medicine.

When Hubby is off from work, he’s still working. I love that man.
