Hard Work and Pain

uncle with muscle pain, arthritis
My Uncle has worked hard all his life. From a young teenager he worked with his father in the cement business. Since he was young he did the work no one else wanted to do, like mixing cement by hand, carrying cement bags, cleaning up, putting up and taking down scaffolds, etc. As his work life continued his work with his hands and body continued. Some of the jobs he held were in factories where he had to stand most of the day.

His main career was in a food warehouse. He started this job by doing what is called “shape up”. That term means you are on a probationary basis. You work long hours and do hard work without a complaint. You don’t miss days or you lose your job. So he went in when he was called and had a lot of overtime lifting and moving heavy cartons of food by hand. He began working at night. The warehouse was not well heated. But as he worked he would feel warm, take off his jacket, hat and gloves.

Little by little he began to notice that not only did his muscles ache but his joints in his fingers, knees and wrists hurt too. But he had to work and so he continued for over 15 years. By the end of his time with the company he was using a forklift and working days. The pain continued though. And now his neck hurt too. We assume it was from looking up to move the cartons onto the high pallets that caused this muscle strain.

Uncle is now retired but his body still hurts a lot. He has osteoarthritis in his knees, fingers and neck. He also has constant muscle pain and muscle strain that makes sleeping difficult. He’s used too much aspirin, acetaminophen and NSAID’s. So his stomach can’t take them any more. Having a natural product like Freeze It would help him cope with the pain.

Winning a supply of Freeze it would make him feel like he’s won the lottery. His medical insurance doesn’t cover much. He’s with a Medicare HMO and sees only the doctors on their list. So far he hasn’t gotten any relief. I’d love to be able to let him try the Freeze It Gel. And with my Fibromyalgia, Arthritis and muscle aches I just may “borrow” some from him too.
