I found the name of what’s wrong with my foot. It’s called Morton’s Neuroma.
So now I know what to expect. I’m going to call the Podiatrist tomorrow to ask if I can try an orthotic device before the pain injections. I’ve had these before on the other foot and let me tell you those shots hurt like you know what!
I know I’m avoiding and procrastinating but if I can get relief without having to wear sneakers all the time and not getting injections I’ll try that first.
I might have Morton’s Neuroma. The pain is so bad that I feel my toe is broken. I had a nice podiatrist while ago and I have orthotic device in my sneakers. These days, I don’t get to wear them, but I have little orthotic devices in my dress shoes and office shoes as well. You would be amazed how little support to arches helps pains in our whole body.
The frequency of the pain has significantly decreased.
